We can take tickets 24 hours in advance, however the more notice the better!
Where possible, we invite you to drop the tickets off, courier them, or (time permitting) mail them to us. We're located at:

Our new office hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5: 30 p.m.
Can I receive a tax receipt for my ticket donation?
In some cases "yes!" If you purchased the tickets, and can provide us with a copy of your cancelled cheque and/or your invoice, the receipt can be made payable to the name on the cheque or invoice. If your company purchased these tickets and gave them to you, sorry, we can't provide you with a receipt.
To make a charitable donation:
Our budget is very minimal - less than $150,000 per year! We like investing our time in providing our ticket program for the kids, rather than fundraising, so your donation is so very appreciated! For donations over $15 a charitable tax receipt will be prepared.

Kids Up Front Foundation (Vancouver) is registered with Canada Customs and Revenue Agency as a charitable organization incorporated under the Societies Act in 2004, to provide opportunities for kids to attend quality entertainment and educational events.
